The considered response

Behind every claim,
there’s a property.
And people who rely on it.

A property claim affects more than a building. We connect property detail, insurer decisions and repair delivery, so every next step has a clear reason behind it.

The meaning behind our eight

Eight is our beginning.
Connection is our meaning.

Eight is our lucky number. Turned on its side, it becomes infinity: a symbol of continuity, care and connection.

For Prestige8, that means keeping the people, the property and every decision connected — from first notice to close.

Common property claim scenarios

Different damage.
A considered response.

The visible damage is only part of the picture. An assessment connects the incident, affected materials and practical repair needs.

01

Water & escape of water

Understand the affected areas, the source of the damage and any drying or reinstatement needs.

02

Fire & smoke damage

Consider the building fabric, affected finishes and where specialist restoration may be needed.

03

Storm & building damage

Bring roofing, external fabric and internal damage into a clear picture of the proposed work.

The response follows the instruction, property circumstances and insurer’s decision.

The Prestige8 journey

One clear thread.
All the way through.

From first notice to close. The property, the plan and the people stay connected through assessment, repair and completion.

People, as well as property

A damaged property.
A human situation.

Clear communication and consideration for the people using the property belong in the repair plan from the outset.

01 / Consideration

Understand the circumstances.

Access, occupation and any additional support needs help shape how visits and work are arranged.

02 / Communication

Make the next step clear.

Explain what is happening, what information is needed and which decisions are still outstanding.

03 / Accountability

Keep a useful record.

Connect the agreed scope, approved changes, progress updates and completion detail to the same claim.

Before we begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Where does Prestige8 fit into the claim?

Our work connects property assessment, claim coordination and managed repairs. The instruction sets out our role, the service required and the responsibilities involved.

Who decides whether repair work goes ahead?

The proposed scope is brought forward for review. Work follows the appropriate approval and any conditions of the instruction; assessment does not itself confirm policy cover.

What if further damage is found during the work?

Additional findings and proposed changes are recorded for review. The appropriate authority is needed before additional work is instructed.

Can my repair business join the network?
